DESCRIPTION:To All Comets Members\,\n\nNotice is hereby given that the Comets Baseball Club’s 2023 AGM will take place on Wednesday\, 11th October at 7.30 pm at Jannali Clubhouse.\n\n2023 AGM Notice Agenda\n  \nExecutive Committee and General Management Committee Nominations:\nNominations for Executive Office Bearers (President\, Vice President\, Secretary\, Treasurer and Junior Secretary) as well as General Management Committee positions (see AGM notice) can be made by completing the attached Nomination Form and returning this to the Secretary (via e-mail) 7 days prior to the AGM.\nWhere no valid nominations are received prior to the AGM then a call for nominations from the floor will be made.\nNomination Form 2023\n  \n_____________________________\nLife Membership Nominations:\nOverview:\nLife membership recognizes those individuals who have made consistent extraordinary / exceptionally outstanding efforts and demonstrable commitments to the clubs’ development over an extended period of time.\nCriteria:\n\n\nThe member has held a recognized committee position or similar for in excess of seven years.\n\n\nService years do not need to be consecutive.\n\n\nNominations for Life Membership and a supporting letter needs to be sent via e-Mail to an Executive Member no later than 14 days prior to the AGM to be considered.\n _____________________________\nALL WELCOME TO ATTEND
